VaultGo は、iPhone で書いたメモ・録音・写真・共有したリンクを、あなたが選んだフォルダに Markdown ファイルとして保存するアプリです。

保存できるもの

使い始めるまで

  1. VaultGo を開きます。
  2. 保存先として、Obsidian Vault などのフォルダを選びます。
  3. アプリからテキスト・音声・写真を保存します。
  4. Safari や写真アプリの共有ボタンから VaultGo を選ぶと、保存予約されます。
  5. VaultGo を開くと、予約された分が保存先フォルダに書き込まれます。

保存される場所

初期設定では、選んだフォルダの中に次の構成で保存されます。設定画面から変更できます。

音声の文字起こし

録音した音声メモは、保存したあとに自動で文字に起こされ、Markdownに書き添えられます。処理はiPhoneの中だけで行われ、音声が外部に送信されることはありません。設定画面でオフにもできます。

認識は完璧ではありません。あとから録音を探せるようにするための「下書き」と考えてください。元の音声ファイルは必ず一緒に保存されるので、聞き間違いで何かが失われることはありません。

録音が長いときは、文字起こしに少し時間がかかります。保存は先に完了しているので、待つ必要はありません。終わると自動でノートに追記されます。

無料で使える範囲

VaultGoは無料で、すべての機能が使えます。保存できる件数が通算30件までという上限があり、それ以上保存したい場合は「VaultGo アンリミテッド」を購入してください。買い切りで、月額料金はかかりません。

すでに保存したファイルは、購入してもしなくても、あなたのフォルダにそのまま残ります。ロックされることはありません。

機種変更などで購入し直す必要はありません。設定画面の「保存を無制限にする」を開き、「購入を復元」をタップしてください（購入時と同じApple IDでサインインしている必要があります）。

困ったときは

ファイルが保存されない

VaultGo を開いて、保存先フォルダがまだ利用できる状態かを確認してください。フォルダを移動したり削除したりすると、選び直しが必要になります。

共有したものがすぐ出てこない

共有した内容はいったん予約として保存され、VaultGo 本体を開いたときに保存先フォルダへ書き込まれます。これは iOS の仕組み上、共有画面からは保存先フォルダに直接書き込めないためです。共有したあとに一度アプリを開いてください。

「Obsidian で開く」が動かない

Obsidian がインストールされていること、選んだフォルダが Obsidian の Vault として登録されていることを確認してください。

マイクや写真へのアクセスを間違えて拒否した

iPhone の「設定」アプリ → 一覧から「VaultGo」を選び、マイクや写真の項目をオンにしてください。

VaultGo is an iPhone app that saves notes, recordings, photos, and shared links as Markdown files into a folder you choose.

Getting started

  1. Open VaultGo.
  2. Choose your Obsidian Vault, or any other folder, as the save destination.
  3. Capture text, audio, or photos from within the app.
  4. Use the iOS share sheet to queue Safari URLs or shared images.
  5. Open VaultGo to write the queued items into your folder.

Where files are saved

By default, files are written inside the folder you selected. You can change this in Settings.

Transcription

A voice memo is transcribed automatically once it has been saved, and the text is added to the Markdown note. This runs on your iPhone alone — your audio is never sent anywhere. It can be turned off in Settings.

Recognition is not perfect. Think of the transcript as a draft that makes the recording searchable later. The original audio file is always saved alongside it, so nothing is lost to a misheard word.

Longer recordings take a little while. Saving has already finished by then, so there is nothing to wait for — the text is added to the note when it is ready.

What the free app includes

VaultGo is free and every feature works. Saving is limited to 30 captures in total; buying VaultGo Unlimited removes the limit. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Anything you have already saved stays in your own folder whether or not you buy anything. Nothing is ever locked away.

You do not need to buy it again on a new device. Open Settings → Remove the Save Limit and tap "Restore Purchase", signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Troubleshooting

Files are not being saved

Open VaultGo and confirm the destination folder is still available. If the folder was moved or deleted, select it again.

Shared items do not appear right away

Shared items are queued first and written into your folder when you next open the VaultGo app. This is because iOS does not allow the share sheet to write directly to your selected folder. Open the app once after sharing.

"Open in Obsidian" does not work

Make sure Obsidian is installed and that the folder you selected is registered as an Obsidian Vault.

I denied microphone or photo access by mistake

Open the iPhone Settings app, find VaultGo in the list, and turn the microphone or photo permission back on.
